Rhys Hoskins Undergoes Successful Knee Surgery
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins (knee) underwent successful knee surgery on Thursday. While everyone already knew he was due to go under the knife, the team provided an update, reporting he's looking at a seven to nine-month recovery time. Unfortunately, that means the 30-year-old won't play this season, so assuming things move in the right direction, he should return next spring. However, Hoskins will be a free agent, meaning it's anyone's guess where he'll be in 2023-24.
