2 years agoCleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (groin) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game against the New York Knicks. The 24-year-old is in danger of missing his second game in a row due to a strained right groin. Isaac Okoro (knee) joined Allen on the sideline for Tuesday's game. That resulted in Caris LeVert and Lamar Stevens playing big minutes in the rotation. Between the two, LeVert is the much better streaming choice. It's worth noting that Allen was able to practice on Thursday. Fantasy managers will have to check back on Friday for another update.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
