Sterling Shepard Set To Return To The Giants
2 years agoAccording to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, wide receiver Sterling Shepard is close to signing a one-year deal to return to the Giants. New York drafted him in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Since then, the 30-year-old has amassed 362 catches for 4,038 yards and 22 touchdowns. However, he's battled ailments during his career and was limited to 10 appearances in the last two seasons because of Achilles and knee injuries. The mainstay is expected to be good to go for the 2023-24 campaign after tearing his ACL in September. Yet, Shepard has an uphill climb to convince managers he's ready to be added to fantasy rosters.
