2 years agoOttawa Senators goaltender Cam Talbot will sit out the next three weeks of action to recover from a lower-body injury. He was a very late scratch for Monday's contest against Chicago and the injury will likely cause Talbot to miss 12 more games. With Anton Forsberg (knee) also out, Ottawa's playoff hopes will now hinge on Mads Sogaard and Kevin Mandolese. Both goalies have done well in the few appearances they have made this season, but the two have combined for only 10 NHL starts and the rest of the team will definitely need to help out the inexperienced pair.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
