Miguel Vargas Could Take Live Swings On Wednesday
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Miguel Vargas (finger) is expected to take live swings during Wednesday's game, according to manager Dave Roberts. The 23-year-old has been taking live batting practice while he recovers from a hairline fracture in his pinkie finger. The Dodgers continue to have Vargas playing in camp, but he's simply tracking pitches. It sounds like it won't be long before Vargas is back to being full-go again. He should be the Dodgers Opening Day second baseman this season.
