LeBron James Won't Undergo Surgery
2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) is set to miss at least three weeks of action. The star forward will be re-evaluated in three weeks after he suffered a tendon injury in his right foot. Luckily, James won't need surgery, but is going to miss at least 10 games because of this issue. That doesn't include ramp up time after James is re-evaluated and cleared to play. The Lakers are likely going to use a committee approach to try and fill the void. Troy Brown Jr. should start while Lonnie Walker IV and Austin Reaves get increased roles. Big man Anthony Davis is going to be asked to carry the load on offense. The trio of Brown, Walker, and Reaves should all be viable fantasy options while James is out.
