Rasmus Sandin Sits Out Another Game Friday
2 years agoToronto Maple Leafs defenseman Rasmus Sandin (upper body) will remain unavailable for a third consecutive game Friday against Minnesota. He is trying to overcome an upper-body injury and will have his next chance to return Sunday in a matchup versus Seattle. Sandin has been a very effective player for the Maple Leafs at both ends of the ice this season, registering 20 points in 51 games with 113 hits and 57 blocked shots. He exploded for four points in two games right before exiting the lineup.
