2 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Braxton Berrios might be a cut candidate this offseason. The 27-year-old has an $8.2 million salary cap hit for the upcoming 2023 campaign. That being said, the Jets could save $5 million from releasing Berrios this offseason. In 2022, Berrios finished with 18 receptions, 145 yards and zero touchdowns in 17 games (two starts) with the Jets. To be fair, Berrios was not a big part of the offensive scheme this season, so it was difficult for him to produce without much of a role. It might be better for both sides to move on and let Berrios try to find a new team, where he can make a bigger impact.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
