Artemi Panarin Explodes For Four Goals, Five Points
2 years agoNew York Rangers left wing Artemi Panarin looked like a man from another planet in Saturday's matchup against Carolina, scoring a career-high four goals and posting five points overall. The Breadman netted a natural hat trick when the Hurricanes jumped to a 2-1 lead and added a fourth goal with a little over a minute left to play. His night started with a power-play helper on Mika Zibanejad's goal. There's a new Russian star in town in the form of Vladimir Tarasenko, but Panarin showed everybody that we shouldn't forget about him either. He's now on a four-game point streak and has become the team's leading scorer with 59 points in 53 games.
