Kyrie Irving Out On Saturday
2 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving (calf) won't play on Saturday against the visiting Washington Wizards. The timing is coincidental, considering the multi-time All-Star requested a trade ahead of the February 9 trade deadline. With that said, fantasy managers will give him the benefit of the doubt, although it will be interesting if he's back in the lineup on Monday night against the Los Angeles Clippers. In the meantime, Kevin Durant (knee) remains unavailable, so Brooklyn will look for answers on the offensive end. As a result, guys like Nicolas Claxton, Royce O'Neale, Seth Curry, and Yuta Watanabe could see a noticeable uptick in fantasy production on Saturday evening.
