Josh Johnson Exits Sunday's Game Versus Philly
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Josh Johnson (head) exited the NFC Championship versus the Philadelphia Eagles. The 36-year-old entered the contest in the first half after Brock Purdy (elbow) injured the elbow on his throwing arm. However, after Johnson took a nasty hit in the third quarter, he left for a concussion evaluation. Fantasy managers should consider him questionable to return. But if Johnson doesn't make it back, he'll finish with 74 yards off 7-for-13 passing. In the meantime, Purdy is back in under center. Yet, he's not 100%, meaning Christian McCaffrey may serve as the emergency quarterback.
