Jalen Hurts Has High Upside In Divisional Round
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will face the New York Giants for a third time this Saturday in the NFC Divisional round. The 24-year-old had a rough outing in his return to action from a shoulder back in Week 18 of the regular season against the Giants. He completed 20-of-35 passes for 229 yards, threw one interception, and only logged 13 yards on nine carries. However, the third-year quarterback is in better health thanks to the bye week during the Wild Card round and has been left off the injury report this week. The leash will likely be taken off of Hurts, and he should run much more efficiently. Hurts tore apart the Giants during their first meeting in Week 14, tallying 288 total yards and three touchdowns. While there is elite quarterback talent available left for those to choose from in DFS lineups, the Eagles starting quarterback still possesses as high a scoring ceiling as other options like Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow.
