2 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons interviewed Pittsburgh Steelers senior defensive assistant and linebackers coach Brian Flores for their vacant defensive coordinator position on Thursday, according to a source. Flores is also a strong candidate to land the head-coaching job with the Arizona Cardinals, but if that doesn't transpire, he could head to Atlanta. He notably opened a lawsuit against the NFL last year for discriminatory hiring policies, but the Steelers later hired him and he continues to generate interest around the league. Flores was the Miami Dolphins head coach for three seasons before working for Pittsburgh in 2022. He previously spent 11 years as an assistant coach for the New England Patriots before joining Miami.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
