Mecole Hardman Won't Practice Tuesday
2 years agoKansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that wide receiver Mecole Hardman (pelvis) is the only member of the team who won't practice on Tuesday as the team prepares for their Divisional Round matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Reid said that Hardman has been "pushing it hard," but his issue has not been responding well, so the Chiefs will back off. The 24-year-old will probably need to practice at some point this week in order to play on Saturday, though, since he hasn't played in a game since Week 9. Even if Hardman returns against Jacksonville, it will be hard for fantasy managers to trust him in playoff lineups given the long layoff he's had. In his fourth season in KC, he had 25 catches on 34 targets for 297 yards and four touchdowns in eight games before his injury.
