Dejounte Murray Breaks Out Offensively
2 years agoAtlanta Hawks guard Dejounte Murray had one of his best scoring performances of the season on Saturday against Toronto, finishing a 114-103 victory with 27 points on 10-for-17 shooting. His efficient night also included a 2-for-5 effort from deep, eight rebounds, six assists and two steals. Murray hadn't hit the 20-point mark in four games but had already 10 points in the first quarter on Saturday and stayed in rhythm until the final buzzer. Trae Young added 29 points as Atlanta's big-name backcourt enjoyed one of their better outings together. Murray is averaging 20.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.7 steals during his debut campaign in Atlanta.
