Rhamondre Stevenson Efficient In Loss To Bills
2 years agoNew England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson rushed six times for 54 yards and caught five of six targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 35-23 loss to the Bills. He was out carried 13-6 by backfield teammate Damien Harris but was more effective on the ground. The 24-year-old averaged 9.0 yards per carry, while Harris picked 48 yards on 13 attempts, averaging 3.7 YPC. Stevenson finished with 1,461 total yards from scrimmage in 2022. The Oklahoma product recorded 1,040 rushing yards and caught 70 passes for 421 yards and six total touchdowns over 17 games. Damien Harris will be an unrestricted free agent, and Stevenson could be in line for a massive role as New England's lead back in 2023.
