Latavius Murray Has Solid Matchup Against Chargers
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Latavius Murray will finish the 2022 season as the team's lead back in a Week 18 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. In his debut with Denver back in Week 6 in the first meeting with the Bolts, Murray handled 15 carries for 66 yards. The Chargers defense has been vulnerable on the ground this year, giving up the sixth-most rushing yards per game (142.1) while surrendering the eighth-most half-PPR points to RBs per contest. It's a solid matchup in the regular season finale, but Murray is averaging just over four yards per carry and has found the end zone four times in 11 games for the Broncos low-scoring offense. Despite an intriguing matchup, Murray remains a low-upside, touchdown-dependent RB3 for fantasy managers.
