Cleveland has been a neutral matchup for fantasy defenses in 2022, allowing the 14th-most fantasy points per game to the position. The Steelers are installed as 2.5-point home favorites in a game with a low 40.5-point over/under. The Steelers can still make the playoffs with some luck if they beat Cleveland in Week 18, while the Browns have nothing to play for.
