Aaron Rodgers Dealing With Minor Knee Injury
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (knee, thumb) did not take part in Wednesday's practice. Rodgers has been playing through a fractured right thumb for most of the season, but the knee injury is a new one that he suffered in the Week 16 win over the Miami Dolphins. The 39-year-old future Hall of Famer fully expects to play in another must-win game in Week 17 against the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field. Expect Rodgers to return to practice on either Thursday or Friday. Rodgers was held under 200 yards passing with no touchdowns and an interception against the Vikings in Week 1, but that was the only game this year where he didn't throw a TD pass. He's been better of late, though, and he should be considered a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 for starting fantasy lineups this weekend.
