Happy Holidays! With Christmas on a Sunday this year, 10 games will be played on Saturday, which will feel a bit different. However, it's still business as usual. But first, we had to get through Thursday's meeting with the Jags and Jets, a game that ended with Jacksonville earning an easy win.
With injuries to Jalen Hurts and Ryan Tannehill, it will be interesting to see how their absences impact guys like A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Derrick Henry, some of the hottest DFS performers of late. Lamar Jackson will also remain out, so Mark Andrews, one of the best fantasy tight ends to begin the year, may continue to suffer.
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 16 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks
Patrick Mahomes - vs. SEA ($9,200)
There aren’t many reliable options at the quarterback position in Week 16. Jalen Hurts and Lamar Jackson won’t play, while Tua Tagovailoa will be busy with Aaron Rodgers and the Packers on Sunday. As a result, Mahomes may be the safest option available, especially with Josh Allen and the Bills potentially facing some unpleasant weather in Chicago.
The signal-caller is fresh off his best performance of the 2022-23 campaign, amassing a season-high 32.74 fantasy points in the tough win over the Houston Texans. With Seattle on tap, a team that has allowed a ton of points per game this season, Mahomes and his No. 1 ranked offense could do good things for DFS enthusiasts.
Joe Burrow - @ NE ($8,100)
Burrow led Cincy to its sixth consecutive victory in Week 15, taking down Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. The Bengals haven’t lost in nearly two months, and the former LSU Tiger is a big reason. The team will look to keep things moving versus New England in an attempt to gain ground in the AFC playoff picture.
The Patriots defense is one of the most efficient units in the National Football League. But considering how well Burrow has played, any team in the league will have a tough time slowing him down, especially with Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, and Joe Mixon at his disposal.
Also Consider: Kirk Cousins ($7,700)
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks
Derrick Henry - vs. HOU ($9,800)
Getting Henry into any DFS lineup in Week 16 will cost you. However, it’s no denying he’s been on a tear, so he’s worth every penny. The 2020 rushing king had 21 carries against the Chargers, totaling 104 yards while rushing for a touchdown.
He also caught all four targets four 59 yards. Ryan Tannehill is hurt, meaning Malik Willis will be under center against the Texans. It’s no secret the rookie isn’t the most efficient passer on the planet, so he may look in Henry’s direction more often than not. Considering Houston has been atrocious against the run all year is more than enough reason to consider Henry in Week 16.
Jerick McKinnon - vs. SEA ($7,300)
Although McKinnon’s rostering cost is higher in Week 16, it’s still a bargain considering what he’s been up to recently. While Clyde Edwards-Helaire appears to be working his way back from a high-ankle sprain, he won’t play on Saturday.
CEH’s absence keeps the door open for McKinnon and Isiah Pacheco to split work out of the backfield. While Pacheco received more carries in Week 15, McKinnon received significantly more snaps, so he should continue to get more than enough chances to produce versus the Seahawks, especially since he's been so involved on the receiving end.
Also Consider: Dalvin Cook ($8,700), Saquon Barkley ($8,500), Kenneth Walker III ($6,900)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks
Ja'Marr Chase - @ NE ($8,800)
Chase continues to produce at a high level since returning for the AFC Championship rematch against the Chiefs following a four-game absence. In the three games since he's been back, the wideout has caught 24 of his 36 targets for 276 yards.
Chase also scored twice during that span, finding the end zone in each of his last two games. He had 13 targets in Week 15 versus Tampa Bay, even with Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins on the field, despite both dealing with injuries entering that one. That said, Chase should continue to get attention from Joe Burrow against the Pats, so he should draw consideration from fantasy managers.
CeeDee Lamb - vs. PHI ($8,300)
The Cowboys and Eagles will meet in an NFC East matchup, a statement game for both squads. Without question, the Philadelphia defense has been one of the best in the NFL this season. However, Lamb has played well for most of the year, so there's no reason why anyone should be scared off from getting him into a DFS lineup.
Lamb had one of his best games of the year against the Jaguars in Week 15. He caught seven of his seven targets for 126 yards. With Dallas looking to make some noise in the playoffs, Dak Prescott and his favorite weapon will do all they can to take down a Super Bowl favorite.
Also Consider: Justin Jefferson ($9,300), DK Metcalf ($8,000), Darius Slayton ($6,300), Marquise Goodwin ($5,800)
FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks
Travis Kelce - vs. SEA ($8,600)
Kelce had a few rough weeks, compiling a combined 14.7 fantasy points in the meetings with Cincinnati and Denver. Dry spells like that haven’t happened often throughout the veteran’s career, so it wasn’t surprising when he turned things around in Week 15 in the overtime win over Houston.
He caught all 10 targets in that one, ending his day with 105 yards. While Kelce didn’t find the end zone, he still finished with 15.5 fantasy points, making him one of the most productive tight ends on the slate. The Seahawks should have trouble slowing down one of the best offenses in the league, so Patrick Mahomes and Kelce could be a menace on Saturday.
Also Consider: T.J. Hockenson ($6,000)
