Wide receiver Cole Beasley joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in late September of 2022, but he retired on October 5th after splitting time between the active roster and the practice squad. However, Beasley came out of retirement to reunite with the Buffalo Bills for Week 15 against the Miami Dolphins.
The 33-year-old wideout is seemingly past his prime, but fantasy managers will look anywhere and everywhere to find production for the fantasy football playoffs.
Will Beasley play a big enough role to be a fantasy-relevant option in Week 16 or Week 17? Is he worth picking up? Let's find out.

What Did Cole Beasley Do In Week 15?
In Beasley's first game back with Josh Allen since last year's NFL playoffs, Beasley saw just one target and caught it for nine yards. That's not all that bad considering he just joined the team four days prior to the Saturday night showdown against the Dolphins.
Beasley played just 11 snaps, good for fifth-most among Bills' wide receivers. It wasn't a week-winning fantasy performance by any means, but at least the former All-Pro did get on the field in a high-stakes AFC East matchup.
Should I Add Cole Beasley Off the Waiver Wire in Fantasy Football?
At this point in the season, Beasley likely doesn't have enough time to get fully ramped up before the fantasy football season ends. He might be a factor for Buffalo in the NFL playoffs, but it's hard to find a path to real fantasy production for the veteran wide receiver.
Additionally, the Bills face the Chicago Bears and Cincinnati Bengals over the next two weeks, which don't present favorable matchups for wide receivers. Chicago is a middle-of-the-road team against fantasy wideouts, while the Bengals secondary has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to wideouts this season.
Even in 14-team leagues, Beasley can be safely kept on the waiver wire and far away from starting lineups in fantasy. Again, he could be a factor in the playoffs and will be an intriguing single-game DFS option, but fade him in traditional fantasy leagues.
