Treylon Burks Doesn't Practice Wednesday
2 years agoTennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday after suffering a concussion in the Week 13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Burks played only 10 offensive snaps on Sunday before departing and never returning, and it remains to be seen if he'll be able to clear the league's concussion protocol before the Week 14 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 22-year-old is already the most exciting Titans receiver, but every pass-catcher in the Titans' run-first offense has a low ceiling and floor. Burks has 25 catches (37 targets) for 359 yards and one touchdown in his first eight NFL games. If he's out this weekend, Robert Woods and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would have bigger roles.
