Joe Mixon A Full Participant In Practice
2 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (concussion) was a full practice participant on Wednesday for the first time since suffering a concussion in a Week 11 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mixon has missed the last two games as a result, although he was held out last Sunday as more of a precaution. Barring a setback later this week, the 26-year-old should be fine to take over as the team's primary back in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns, who have really struggled to stop the run this year. In the first meeting against the Browns in Week 8, Mixon had only eight carries for 27 yards but made up for it with seven receptions for 32 yards in a blowout loss. If fully healthy, Mixon will have RB1 upside in his expected return on Sunday.
