Josh Richardson Won't Play Against New Orleans
2 years agoSan Antonio Spurs guard/forward Josh Richardson (ankle) will miss Wednesday's contest against New Orleans. His right ankle is sore and Richardson was previously already listed as doubtful for the game. He will be out of the lineup for the second time this season. In Richardson, the Spurs lose a guy who has averaged nearly 23 minutes per game this season and his minutes should be mainly soaked in by Doug McDermott and Keita Bates-Diop. Romeo Langford could also get a nice amount of action after clearing health and safety protocols, although he hasn't really managed to get anything going this season, even as a starter in a pair of games.
