Darius Slayton Is Viable WR3/Flex Option In Week 12
2 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is a viable flex option ahead of a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday. The former fifth-round pick has emerged as a go-to target for Daniel Jones due to the lack of receiving options in New York's offense. Slayton has recorded five-plus receptions or a touchdown in four straight games after logging five receptions for 86 yards on a season-high 10 targets in Week 11. With Wan'Dale Robinson ruled out for the rest of the season, the 25-year-old wideout could see even more opportunities moving forward. So even with a tough matchup against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, Slayton is certainly viable with the Giants needing someone to catch passes from Jones.
