Travis Konecny Dealing With A Hand Injury
2 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers right wing Travis Konecny missed the third period of Thursday's 4-1 loss to Boston with a hand injury. The 25-year-old was able to log 11:13 of ice time before being forced to call it a night because of an injury to his right hand. It's currently unknown if Konecny is forced to miss any time, although there have been some rumblings that it's unlikely that he can play Saturday versus Montreal. Konecny saw a seven-game point streak come to an end Thursday, and he's been in great form ever since the season started, notching 19 points in 17 games. It seems likely that Joel Farabee will move up to his spot on the first line if Konecny needs some time to recover and can't play Saturday.
