A.J. Brown A Back-End WR1 Against Stiff Colts Defense
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (ankle) will go on the road to face the Indianapolis Colts Sunday. The 25-year-old picked up an ankle injury early in last Monday's game against the Washington Commanders but stated he would be good to go for Week 11's matchup against the Colts. The injury definitely affected Brown, leading to his worst fantasy performance of the season, in which he caught just one of four targets for seven yards. However, he still played 78% of the offensive snaps and could have an increase in total targets due to tight end Dallas Goedert (shoulder) being placed on Injured Reserve. The Colts are a stiff matchup, allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position. Still, Brown has produced in tough matchups in the past and should be considered a back-end WR1 for Week 11.
