Brian Robinson Sees Heavy Usage In Week 10
2 years agoWashington Commanders running back Brian Robinson had 26 carries for 86 yards and a touchdown during Monday's upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles. With a season-high in carries, the usage appears to be on the upswing for the rookie running back. After looking like a candidate to lose work just a week ago, Robinson seems to be in a good spot after this win as he out carried backfield mate Antonio Gibson by 12. This kind of heavy involvement is not something that should be expected on a weekly basis, but it might be a sign of great things to come as the Commanders take on the abysmal Houston Texans run defense in Week 11. Robinson should be seen as a solid RB2 with that advantageous matchup on the horizon.
