2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that tight end Cameron Brate (neck) and safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (concussion) are out for Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams. Brate will miss his third straight game with a neck injury, and he's also missed four of the last five games. The 31-year-old returned to practice this week, though, so he'll have a good shot to return in Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks. Rookie Cade Otton will continue to serve as the starting tight end with Brate out again, giving him TE2 streaming appeal. Winfield is "trending in the right direction," so he'll also have a chance to return next weekend in Germany.
