2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said the team has ruled out wide receiver Russell Gage (hamstring) for the Week 9 game against the Los Angeles Rams. Gage will miss his second straight game after tweaking his hamstring in Week 7. The 26-year-old was a popular sleeper pick in early drafts over the summer, but that was before Tampa signed veteran Julio Jones to add to the receiver mix. Gage has caught 29 of his 40 targets for 231 yards and one touchdown, but he can be left to the waiver wire for now in 12-team leagues. With Gage out again this Sunday, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Julio Jones (knee) should serve as quarterback Tom Brady's top three receivers against LA.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
