James Cook Not Worth The Gamble
2 years agoBuffalo Bills running back James Cook has quickly become the No. 2 option in this backfield. However, that title doesn't mean too much in this pass-heavy offense. Lead back Devin Singletary gets a majority of the carries, which leaves Cook with the scraps. Cook usually gets a handful of carries, but sometimes not even that. He'll be facing a New York Jets defense that is average against the running game. It's unlikely that Cook does anything worth starting him in any fantasy formats this week. His fantasy value is going to be minimal with Singletary getting a majority of the carries.
