Kevin Porter Jr. Fills Up The Box Score
2 years agoHouston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. had a great all-around performance in Monday's 114-108 win over Utah, leading his team with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while also recording four assists with two steals and one block. He shot 8-for-19 from the field and 1-for-4 from behind the arc with a 9-for-9 record at the charity stripe. Porter Jr. also registered a team-high four turnovers, which will be frustrating for fantasy managers and Rockets head coach Stephen Silas, but his carelessness with the ball isn't anything new. The Rockets recorded their first win of the campaign, but they aren't expected to get a lot of them, as it's going to be another year of development for youngsters like Porter Jr. He will be looking to do the business against the Jazz again on Wednesday.
