Myles Turner Set To Miss At Least One Week
2 years agoIndiana Pacers center Myles Turner (ankle) is expected to miss at least one week of action after suffering a very unfortunate injury. The 26-year-old shot-blocking machine wasn't able to play in the team's season opener on Wednesday because he strained his left ankle by stepping on a ball boy's foot. Terry Taylor replaced Turner in the starting lineup against Washington and we should see plenty more of him now. Other frontcourt players like Jalen Smith and Isaiah Jackson are also set to benefit from Turner's absence, although the latter was fairly quiet throughout Wednesday night.
