2 years agoBased on the fact that the Denver Broncos face off against the Los Angeles Chargers defense in Week 6 on Monday Night Football, kicker Brandon McManus is worth a peek as a low-end fantasy starting kicker. The Chargers defense has allowed the third-most points per game (27.2) through the first five games, and they'll still be without All-Pro pass-rusher Joey Bosa (groin). But most of the points the Bolts allow to kickers come on extra points, so Denver's offense must be much better. McManus is tied for 11th in fantasy points among kickers, going 11-for-14 on field goals and 4-for-5 on extra points. He'll be kicking indoors on Monday night, but McManus' ceiling is also pretty low unless the Broncos offense finds a way to sustain more drives.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
