Albert Okwuegbunam Well Off The Fantasy Radar
2 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Albert Okwuegbunam entered the 2022 season as an interesting low-cost TE2 with plenty of upside with quarterback Russell Wilson in town. It hasn't worked out for him at all through five games, however, and he's tied with fellow tight end Eric Saubert in receptions (seven). Saubert even has two more targets, 33 more receiving yards and a touchdown. Albert O has played a total of 16 offensive snaps in the last two games and has two catches for 17 yards in the last four games. It's gotten ugly. His 15 snaps even trailed Eric Tomlinson and Andrew Beck in last Thursday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Rookie tight end Greg Dulcich (hamstring) will come off Injured Reserve soon as well, which will be more bad news for Okwuegbunam. Stay far away from him in fantasy.
