2 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Ha-Seong Kim is starting at shortstop and is batting leadoff in Game 2 of the National League Division Series on Wednesday against the division-rival Los Angeles Dodgers and left-hander Clayton Kershaw. Jurickson Profar, who has hit leadoff in every postseason game for the Padres to this point, has been dropped to seventh in the batting order. Kim went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored in the Game 1 loss on Tuesday and is hitting .250 (3-for-12 ) with two doubles, four walks and six strikeouts in four postseason games to this point in 2022. The 26-year-old Korean hit .270 (43-for-159) with two of his 11 home runs, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored and five stolen bases against left-handed pitchers during the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
