Isaiah McKenzie Still In Concussion Protocol
2 years agoBuffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie (concussion) is still in the league's concussion protocol. McKenzie put in some limited practices last week but was ultimately ruled out of the team's Week 5 blowout win over the Pittsburgh Steelers due to his head injury. Despite still being in the protocol, the 27-year-old is expected to return to full practices later this week, which will give him a good chance to return in Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs. With McKenzie out on Sunday, Gabe Davis went off for three catches, 171 yards and two touchdowns on six targets, while Stefon Diggs and rookie Khalil Shakir also found the end zone in the 38-3 rout.
