Caleb Huntley Limited In Week 5 Loss
2 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Caleb Huntley had only eight rushing attempts in the 21-15 Week 5 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, the young running back had 34 rushing yards and averaged 4.3 yards per attempt against a talented run defense. Furthermore, Huntley found the end zone, scoring an eight-yard rushing touchdown early in the fourth quarter. With Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) unable to play, the former Ball State running back split time in the backfield with Tyler Allgeier. Unfortunately, the matchup next week is far from ideal for Huntley. The San Francisco 49ers have held running backs to only 2.9 yards per rushing attempt this season.
