2 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard (illness) missed practice on Friday and is now listed as questionable to play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5. It's bad news for anyone that was considering starting Pollard this Sunday against LA. He'll become a much riskier flex play with the Cowboys game not starting until later on Sunday afternoon. If the 25-year-old isn't able to gain clearance this weekend, Ezekiel Elliott should be more of a bell-cow back for Dallas, with Rico Dowdle serving in a chance-of-pace role. Pollard went over 100 yards rushing in Week 3, but he came back down to Earth in last week's win over the Washington Commanders with eight carries for just six yards while catching one of three targets for two yards.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
