No Sign Of Cameron Brate Wednesday
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate (concussion) wasn't seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Wednesday, and it doesn't look like he's been cleared from the league's concussion protocol after suffering a head injury in the Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Before getting injured last Sunday night, Brate caught four of his eight targets for 32 yards. If he's unable to get cleared in time for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, rookie Cade Otton would have a much bigger role in Tampa's passing attack. The fourth-round rookie played a season-high 67 percent of the offensive snaps last week when Brate was injured, and he'd be on the TE2 streaming radar if Brate is inactive.
