Kyle Schwarber Hits Two More Homers Monday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Kyle Schwarber continued to flex his muscles in Monday's 3-0 win over the Astros. The 29-year-old went 2-for-3 with two solo home runs and two walks. Schwarber has more or less been what fantasy managers had hoped for, compiling a .219/.324/.506 slash line with 46 HR, 94 RBI, and a surprising 10 stolen bases this season. The batting average is an issue, but his elite power production makes up for it. The power alone will make Schwarber a higher-end fantasy option in 2023, particularly in roto leagues, and the potential for some stolen bases is an added bonus.
