2 years agoArizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (hip) is officially active for Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers. He was limited in practice all week long and officially listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game. Prater attempted just two kicks through the first two games but bounced back with a big showing last week, converting on all four of his field goal attempts.
