2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (hamstring) has been officially ruled out for the Week 4 contest against the Houston Texans. Allen was off to a good start earlier in the week when he put in back-to-back limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday, but a DNP at Friday's practice sealed his fate. His fantasy managers can only hope he'll return in Week 5 against the Cleveland Browns. Mike Williams, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter will continue to serve as quarterback Justin Herbert's top three pass-catchers in a good matchup against the Texans this weekend. Williams is a must-start despite catching only one pass in Week 3, while Palmer will once again be an intriguing upside flex option after going for six catches on nine targets for 99 yards last week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
