Eagles Defense A Streaming Option In Week 4
2 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles defense will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Philadelphia this Sunday. The defense had a stellar performance against Washington last week. They held the Commanders to eight points, sacked quarterback Carson Wentz nine times, caused two fumbles, and recovered one of them. The Eagles will look to bring the pressure against second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence while facing their former Head Coach Doug Pederson for the first time since firing the Super Bowl winner. Jacksonville has scored the seventh-most points in the league through three weeks, turning over the ball just once. However, the Jaguars have played two of the bottom five defense in the league in terms of total points allowed and have not faced a front-seven the caliber of Philadelphia's. The Eagles are a bit of a risky streaming option due to Jacksonville's recent scoring success, but they should be good for a few sacks and have the chance to cause the sophomore quarterback to turn the ball over once or twice Sunday.
