Joey Bosa Dealing With Significant Groin Injury
2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said that All-Pro defensive end Joey Bosa (groin) is dealing with a significant groin injury. He's not day-to-day but week-to-week after getting hurt in the Week 3 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Sunday's loss was a costly one for the Bolts in more ways than one, as they also lost Pro Bowl left tackle Rashawn Slater (biceps) and wide receiver Jalen Guyton (knee) for the rest of the season. At the very least, fantasy managers in IDP formats shouldn't be expecting to have Bosa available in Week 4 against the Houston Texans, and he may not be ready to return in Week 5 against the Cleveland Browns, either. LA's defense will be stream-worthy against the winless Texans this weekend, but losing their best pass-rusher usually isn't a good thing.
