Eugenio Suarez Likely To Return Tuesday
2 years agoSeattle Mariners general manager Jerry Dipoto said that third baseman Eugenio Suarez (finger) will likely be ready to return from the 10-day injured list to serve as the designated hitter on Tuesday against the Texas Rangers. Suarez initially landed on the injured list on Sept. 17 with a small fracture on the tip of his right index finger, but he's ready to return to Seattle's lineup for the home stretch of the regular season. It's great news for fantasy managers that need a little more power to win a fantasy title in 2022. The 31-year-old veteran is slashing .235/.335/.470 with an .805 OPS, 31 home runs, 84 RBI and 72 runs scored in his first year with the M's.
