Courtland Sutton Leads Broncos In Receiving Yet Again
2 years agoFor the second straight week, Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton dominated the team's aerial targets (10) and led the team in receiving with 97 yards on eight catches in the narrow 11-10 victory over the visiting San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football. In the last two weeks, he's caught 15 of his 21 targets for 219 yards after catching four passes for 72 yards in the season opener. It's clear that Sutton has become quarterback Russell Wilson's go-to target through the air, and he's making noise for fantasy managers despite the Broncos offense scoring just three offensive touchdowns in three games. The 26-year-old will be a must-start WR2 in Week 4 against a Las Vegas Raiders secondary that has allowed 267 passing yards per game through three weeks.
