2 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston (back) will remain as the starting QB, according to head coach Dennis Allen. Winston threw for 353 yards and one touchdown during the loss to Carolina on Sunday. However, the signal-caller had two picks while completing only 61% of his attempts. In all fairness, a back issue is currently plaguing the 28-year-old, and he was without receivers Jarvis Landry (ankle) and Michael Thomas (foot) for much of the contest. Nonetheless, although Winston's job appears to be safe for now, it may not be if the team continues to struggle, potentially opening the door for Andy Dalton or Taysom Hill to eventually replace him down the line.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
