Tyrion Davis-Price Officially Inactive For Week 3
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Tyrion Davis-Price (ankle) is officially inactive for Sunday's meeting with the Broncos. The rookie has a high-ankle sprain, which he suffered in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. This specific injury can keep a player out for weeks, and with Elijah Mitchell (knee) also out of the mix, expect Jeff Wilson Jr. to be the primary ball-carrier for the foreseeable future. Deebo Samuel may also get additional work out of the backfield, while Jordan Mason should be viewed as a desperation play for needy fantasy managers in deep formats.
