Lonzo Ball Scheduled For A Knee Procedure
2 years agoChicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) has an arthroscopic knee procedure scheduled for September 28 and will be re-evaluated in four to six weeks. The 2017 No. 2 overall pick tore his meniscus in January and missed the remainder of the 2022-23 campaign. Ball was having a solid year before going down with the injury, averaging 13.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.8 steals. He was also shooting 42.3% from the field and 42.3% from deep, the highest marks of his career. With that said, the 24-year-old has made great strides to improve many areas of his game. However, Ball hasn't played more than 63 games in any season since entering the league, so his health is something fantasy managers need to be concerned about moving ahead, at least until he proves he can stay on the floor.
